1⁄3 oz Popcorn sugar syrup
1 1⁄2 oz Whipping cream

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of drizzle chocolate sauce across the upturned glass to form a web-like pattern (to achieve thin lines, it may help to decant your sauce into a squeezy sauce bottle)..
