Ingredients: 4 barspoon Salt; 1 pint Chilled water; 3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer; 2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado; 1 oz Lime juice; 1 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur

1 pint Chilled water
3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur

Method

Glassware:

Serve in a Margarita glass

Method:

Combine first three ingredients, POUR into cream whipping siphon and CHARGE with nitrous oxide. Shake and place siphon in a refrigerator for one hour prior to making drink. SHAKE next three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. SQUIRT salt foam over surface of drink from siphon.
