Indian Sunset
Ingredients
- 2 whole Green cardamom pods
- 2 oz Tito's Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Ginger liqueur
- 1 oz Mango purée
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of mango slice.
Method:
- MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:
Mango, ginger and cardamom are all classic Indian flavours, here laced with vodka and a splash of lime juice.
