- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
