Paradise Passion Martini
Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Orange juice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- Wash and cut a fresh passion fruit in half. SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of both halves into your shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

A passion fruit fruity riff on the classic Paradise cocktail.
Review:
Thick, almost syrupy. Rich and fruity.
