Mincemeat Pie
Ingredients
- 2 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
- 1 barspoon Mincemeat
- 1 oz Apple juice/apple cider
- 1⁄2 oz Whipping cream
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
Method:
- SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Shake or whip cream to aerate then carefully pour to FLOAT on the surface of the cocktail.
