- 6 dried Roasted coffee beans
- 1 1⁄2 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
- 2⁄3 oz Whipping cream
- 2⁄3 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1 fresh Egg yolk

Serve in an Espresso cup
Method:
MUDDLE lightly roasted coffee beans in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
