Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
- 1⁄2 oz Cynar artichoke amaro
- 1⁄3 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1⁄12 oz Fresh ginger root

Glassware:
Serve in a Goblet glass
Method:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
