- 1 1⁄2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
- 3 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
- 1 1⁄2 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer

Serve in a Collins glass
Method:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger beer.
