South Coast Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz Five Islands Oolong Old Tom gin
- 1⁄2 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 3 drop Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
- 3⁄4 oz Whipping cream
- 3⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 2 Splash Origin Tea Sneaky Peach Sparkling Iced Tea

Glassware:
Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
