Pink Frozen Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
- 2⁄3 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 2⁄3 oz Agave syrup
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.
Method:
- DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
- Add half a 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
- POUR into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lime slice wheel.
