- 1⁄2 oz Bigallet China China Amer
- 0.92 oz Yuzu juice
- 1⁄4 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1 1⁄2 oz Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale
