- 1⁄2 oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
- 1 1⁄3 oz Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1 sprig Fresh thyme
