- 1 1⁄3 oz Cranberry juice
- 0.42 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
- 2⁄3 oz Giffard Coconut syrup
- 5⁄6 oz Lemon juice
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white
- 5⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 0.58 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
