- 1⁄6 oz De Kuyper White Crème de Cacao
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 2 unit Mint leaves
