Havana Special
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Light gold rum
- 5⁄6 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.42 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄6 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters

Glass:

Method:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge on rim & speared Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:
A Pineapple Daiquiri with an added something – a touch of flavoursome ash-aged maraschino liqueur. When garnishing the pineapple may be optional but the cherry is a must-have.
