Ingredients
- 2 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
- 1⁄2 oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 2 dash Old-fashioned / old time bitters
- 1⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lime wedge.
