Simple Truth
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz Honey sugar syrup
- 1⁄2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- 1⁄3 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
- 3 fresh Sage leaves
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of dehydrated grapefruit slice wheel and sage leaf.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with grapefruit slice and sage leaf.
