Bananarac
Ingredients
- 1⁄12 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
- 1 oz WhistlePig 10yo Straight Rye Whisky
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
- 1⁄12 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon knotted pigtail zest twist.
Method:
- RINSE glass with absinthe, discard excess and set to one side.
- STIR other ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass. (No ice in glass.)
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon and lime zest twists over cocktail and discard.
