- 1⁄2 oz Genepi des Peres Chartreux liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
