- 1⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄2 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
