Ingredients
- 1 barspoon Orange marmalade
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1⁄4 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Method:
STIR heaped spoon of orange marmalade with cognac in base of shaker until marmalade dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Tangy citrus fruit and cognac smoothed with a hint of vanilla.
