Eclipse
Ingredients
- 12 fresh Raspberries
- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 oz Black raspberry liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Cranberry juice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Method:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with straws.
History:
Signature cocktail at London's chain of Eclipse Bars, the first of which opened in 1998 on Chelsea's Walton Street.
Review:
A fruity summer cooler which I challenge anyone not to like.
