Hunk Martini
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 1 1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'

Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry dropped into glass.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:
The Neo-Martini/Altern'atini Carrie Bradshaw and friends discovered in the summer of 2003. In this series, the Sex and the City stars dropped Cosmopolitans in favour of Hunks - no change there then.
Review:
Pineapple and vanilla combine harmoniously. American readers may notice more than a passing resemblance to a Key Lime Pie served without the Graham Cracker rim.
