Caribbean Colada
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
- 1 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
- 1⁄6 oz Monin Coconut Syrup
- 1⁄6 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 oz Orange juice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Hurricane glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry & paper parasol.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
