Strawberry Blonde
Ingredients
- 2 fresh Strawberries
- 2 oz Tito's Vodka
- 1 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of half strawberry.
Method:
- MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda and briefly stir.
Garnish:
- Garnish with strawberry on rim.

Review:
This long, refreshing orange-red drink is basically a vodka-laced strawberry-flavoured real lemonade.
