Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1⁄3 oz Peach brandy
- 1⁄3 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
- 4 drop Chocolate bitters

Glassware:
Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of peach wedge on rim.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
