Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
- 1 1⁄2 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method:
- POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass and briefly stir.
- OR, layer by pouring ginger beer into ice-filled glass first, then floating rum.
Garnish:
- Squeeze lime wedge into drink and drop in as a garnish.
