Green Destiny
Ingredients
- 1 inch Cucumber
- 1⁄2 fresh Kiwi fruit
- 2 oz Bison grass vodka
- 1 1⁄2 oz Apple juice/apple cider
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of kiwi slice.
Method:
- MUDDLE cucumber and kiwi in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish:
- Garnish with kiwi slice.

Created in 2001 by Andrew Tiunos at Hakk in Warsaw, Poland.
Review:
Looks green and even tastes green, but pleasantly so.
