Vanilla Laika
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2 1⁄2 oz Apple juice/apple cider
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare seasonal berries for garnish.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish:
- Garnish with seasonal berries.
