Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1⁄3 oz Light gold rum
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 5⁄6 oz Honey syrup
- 1 1⁄6 oz Pineapple juice
- 7 fresh Rocket/Arugula salad leaves

Serve in a Coupe glass
Method:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
