- 1 oz Eager Pineapple juice
- 1 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
