Mangoes and demons
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
- 1 oz Mango & passion fruit coulis
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 3 ring Red chili pepper (jalapeño/fresno chili 10,000 SHU) deseeded
Method
Glass:
Serve in a Martini glass
How to make:
Put chilli pepper slices in bottom of shaker together with lime juice. Muddle. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain in martini glass.

Garnish:
Cut 2-3 cm from both ends of a chili pepper. Put on opposite sides of glass like devil horns.
