Old Roma
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 3⁄4 oz Lucano amaro
- 1⁄2 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
- 2 dash Black walnut bitters
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of caramelised peacan.
Method:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

- Garnish with caramelised peacan.
