Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray No. Ten
- 1 1⁄2 oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
- 1 oz Celery juice
- 1⁄4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1⁄2 oz Celery saccharum
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄12 oz Pickle juice/brine/vinegar from pickled cucumber/gherkin
- 1⁄6 oz Lime cordial
- 1⁄6 oz White wine vinegar
- 2 dash Fee Brothers Celery bitters
