Ají Dulce
Ingredients
- 3 slice Cucumber
- 1 1⁄3 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
- 2⁄3 oz Fruit cup liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 2 dash Hot pepper sauce
- 3 oz Ginger ale
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Method:
MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.

In South American Spanish ají means 'chili pepper' and dulce means 'sweet', so the name of this drink translates as 'sweet chili pepper'.
