Tears of Jungle Bird
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
- 1⁄2 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 3 dash Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
- Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water

Glassware:
Serve in a Double old-fashioned
Method:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.
