Ingredients
- 2 oz O/Purist Tsipouro
- 1⁄2 oz Mastiha liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 0.42 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 2 barspoon Yoghurt
- 3 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
